- Make your jewelry selection, and write down the item type, style number, price, and which catalog showroom that you found the item in. It is also a good idea to print a copy of the item.

- For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or check. If you are paying by credit card, then please have your credit card number and expiration date on-hand.

- Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

| Delivery of your order |
- Your purchase may be obtained by making arrangements to pick it up at our store or we can ship it to you. The standard delivery rate is $10.00, but this may vary depending on type of shipping and insurance costs. Delivery is normally 7-10 business days after the order is received. Orders will be shipped by U.S. Registered Mail, or Overnight UPS. Shipping charges vary for rush orders depending on the value, usually 35¢ per $100 plus $15. Rush orders are not available for jewelry requiring sizing or customization prior to shipping. Orders paid by check will be shipped when the funds have cleared.

| Ring Sizing |
- Generally, all rings will be sent in women's standard size 6-7 and men's standard size 10 unless otherwise specified. On items requiring sizing, add one week to the delivery schedule. If you do not know your ring size, you can visit our store and we can determine the correct finger size. Platinum rings can not be sized due to the extreme heat required. Platinum rings will be custom made to fit. Allow 3-4 weeks.

- Orders that are custom made or a special order may take longer to fulfill. Please contact us to get an estimate about the item you are interested in. Items that have been custom made or specially modified are not subject to return.
